You want a hot hatch, but the Focus ST is too mainstream for your Jalopnik-hipster liking, and the Fiesta ST is too underpowered for that FWD torque steer action. What do? Enter the MKII Focus RS:
300 hp, 325 lb-ft of torque all going to the front wheels via 6 speed Manual Transmission and distributed through a Quaife LSD. For handling it has some trick suspension in the front called RevoKnuckle. So how much for the closest thing to "driving a full-spec rally car"?
$379,900 Mexican pesos. Converted into USD that is $25,000, which is almost exactly the same price for a 2014 Focus ST.
With only 288 miles this thing is brand new.
So get your wallet ready, grab a flight to Mexico and come get it.

Unless you're the stand-in for the Most Interesting Man In The World, Pete K, you no can drive across the border.

I see mexico plated cars here all the time. someone had one in my old apartment complex. No idea of the legality or how it works, but I know people do it.

You can buy it and I'll keep it. You can drive it whenever you come to Mexico.
